Freelance Designer/lllustrator

The Voter Participation Center is looking for graphic designers and illustrators to work with for the 2024 general election cycle to create new and engaging static and animated ads for our paid advertising programs. These ads will be for our online voter registration program.

Just a little about us: The Voter Participation Center (VPC) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization founded in 2003 to help members of the New American Majority (people of color, young people, and unmarried women) register and vote. Since then, the organization has helped more than 6.1 million people register and cast ballots. You can learn more about us and our work on our website.

Requirements:

1. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

2. Ability to create unique and visually compelling illustrations

3. Familiarity with various artistic styles and genres.

4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

5. Ability to work on project deadlines.

6. Interest in voter engagement work a plus!

7. Must be based in the U.S.

8. Optional: we are also looking for artists with native Spanish language skills.
