Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Freelance UI/UX Designer to overhaul the user interface of our digital platform dedicated to offsetting CO2 emissions. Our platform acts as a pivotal hub for interactions among our administration team, offsetters, project owners, and suppliers. This role requires a designer who can deliver a professional, intuitive, and visually compelling design that aligns with our mission to facilitate efficient environmental impact mitigation activities.
Responsibilities:
Redesign the existing interface to enhance user experience, aesthetic appeal, and functionality.
Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
Implement UI designs that are compatible with mobile and desktop platforms.
Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure accurate translation of design specs to technical implementation.
Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback.
Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and best practices for accessibility and usability.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferable for seamless design implementation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
