We are seeking a highly skilled and creative leader type to join our team as a Senior Web Designer. The ideal candidate is not only a master in modern web design principles but also possesses a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality. You should be organized, articulate, and genuinely passionate about creating websites that meet our high standards and our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership: Take charge of high-level projects, setting a benchmark for excellence. Inspire creativity and innovation across the team, embodying AgentFire's design standards.
Mentorship and Communication: Enhance the team's skills through mentorship and exemplify stellar client communication, guiding designers and ensuring project success.
Creative Design and Development: Utilize AgentFire's proprietary editor for web design, maintaining high standards of aesthetics and functionality.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to capture their vision, presenting design concepts that align with their brand and goals.
Project Management: Efficiently handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines without compromising on quality.
Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in web design, integrating them into your work to maintain AgentFire's industry leadership.

Requirements

Proficient in web design with a portfolio showcasing previous work that aligns with AgentFire's design aesthetic (view examples at agentfire.com/our-work/).
Expert level mobile design & page speed optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and the team.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative and innovative thinker, with a strong understanding of user experience and visual design principles.
Location: Canada or USA

Compensation, Bonuses & Benefits

Competitive Earnings: The base salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 USD, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer cash bonuses for positive client reviews, which can significantly increase earnings. Our top designers tend to get positive reviews from the vast majority of clients that they work with.

Work hours & location info

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week. Our operating hours are within the standard working hours of EST / PST time zones and while there is some flexibility, we’ll expect you to be working from 10am EST onward.
