What you'll do:

Problem scoping: Collaborate on product ideas with product partners, and bring user-first critical thinking to assess their impact on user experience.

Holistic product design: Develop a complete understanding of a product area, the key user journeys within, and their relative frequency, importance, and interconnectivity.

Independent design execution: Exhaustively explore design possibilities for a problem.

Rationally narrow down to a design recommendation with a strong focus on its short-term & and long-term implications.

Deliver high-quality visual design work and support production with engineering partners.

Guardianship: Contribute to improving our cross-functional collaboration to improve the quality of the final product.

Citizenship: Contribute to improving the tooling, productivity, and efficiency of the design team
