    Looks nice! On the word PROJECT, I would consider kerning the O and the J a tiny bit more closer together and try kerning the E, C, and the T a little further apart. The W's and the H's might need a little help too. Just a thought.

    So I really like this, but it feels a little on the big side. I would shrink everything down about 20-30%.

    Anderson quit being a baby and make a ton of layers and organize them poorly. Don't name them or group them either. Thats just how you use photoshop. If you don't like it I'll berate you some more. Don't be such a namby pamby layabout. Get up in that bitch and get sloppy.

    I think Jayden meant the same thing I came here to comment about - the scale does indeed look "reversed". Usually positive things are "up and to the right" - it has an unconscious psychological impact. You should definitely consider reversing the scale.
