   I do however agree with the good sir @Michael Christensen on the colorregulation. It seems a bit too green.

   If we talk at pixel-level, i have a couple of minor issues.
   Your taxi pattern, isn't quadratic as the original pattern.
   And the margin over and under the pattern isn't identical.

   I think your reflection on the "arrow" is good, but perhaps spice it a bit up? What about some bokeh-ish looking reflections on the top part of the arrow, to add some details.

   My 5-cents :)

    Here is one early sketch for an email app. Some of the principles I am using to guide the ideas are:

    To be intentional.
    To be realistic.
    To put you in control of your email.
    To be focused.
