added in floating PCBC Tartan bottles and a "silly" little Tartan hat for Nessie. While already light-hearted, I think the hat really slams the light-heartedness home.

Continuation of Tartan Nessie 1. I've added the body hump, with a tad darker shading to the underbelly (more shadow methinks due to the curve). Frill isn't as tight as this is the main body here.
