Improved visual hierarchy. We were able to make the headline blue without loosing too much contrast by adding a radial-gradient to the background image so that it fades slightly in the center (behind the text).

Looks good, but I feel a bit confused as to what I am supposed to read first.
Let me elaborate on that: Since all the text is black, I find it hard to know what part of this information is the most important. The first thing I see is the headline and "köp nu" button. I just feel like it's a bit cramped (might be the crop) between the paragraph text, 25kr and the button.
Seems like a lovely mormor in the background, though! ;-)

On May 10th, 2012, Stockholm got a new community and platform for creatives. We created the event called Designers i Stockholm which aims to bring together all kind of creative people living and working in Stockholm.
Now, one year later we are holding our third event on May 2nd. We are excited to see how much people join us and how the community keeps growing. With interesting talks and awesome speakers we try to inspire people from all sides and have a fun time together.
Soon we will be releasing a nice wallpaper, so stay tuned :).

Viktor: There were so many challenges… Here's a few things that comes to mind:
— Audience: Potential students, current students, teachers, other staff… You have to communicate with a diverse set of people with very different needs.
— Legal: Tumba Gymnasium is a public school, so there are many things that must go on the website for legal reasons. To support this content, while keeping the site attractive and interesting was a big challenge.
— Content management: many people (member of the staff) want/need access to the CMS. It's generates a lot of content, but the content becomes quite messy.And yes, you're right, this target audience is more tech savvy than others. Much more mobile visitors than most other sites we work on.
