Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Leader to join our team. As a Product Leader at Prop Firm Match, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the development of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our users and stakeholders. Your passion for delivering high-quality solutions and your ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market needs.

• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product roadmap and strategic priorities.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and ensure alignment with product development.

• Agile Development: Work closely with development teams to deliver features and improvements through agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

• User-Centric Design: Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that user experience and feedback are integral to product design and development.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven environment, preferably in the fintech or trading industry.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
