“The inhabitants of the hills descended and emigrated to America, seeking a better life.”I had the opportunity to design a poster for Facebook Open Arts for Latinx Heritage Month. Underneath the list of Latin American countries is the phrase "The Hills Come Down." This refers to the migration of people from the provinces into cities in search of work. In the case of this design, the inhabitants of “The Hills” have moved to the United States to seek a better life, sharing their cultural diversity and richness along the way.
