Delivery app redesign for customer - Wing (an Amazon company)
Wing was an Amazon-owned company that provided courier services and also provided delivery management systems to other courier companies. The company was located and operated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In 2019, the company business model was changed. Before it had provided delivery services to customers in partnership with multiple courier companies. Then the company started selling its delivery management system to other courier companies.
This change resulted in a high level of customization for each courier company. The customization work affected the customer’s performance that resulted in frustration and disappointment from their side.
I strived to solve this problem by working closely with the development, support, marketing teams and I redesigned the company's customer app based on the new business model.
In 2020 Wing was shut down and all the products continued to operate under the Shipox brand. The customer app still provides delivery solutions to customers but under Shipox's name.
